A contemporary student living project developed for Unite Students at Oakbrook Park, focused on creating flexible, design-led spaces that balance comfort, functionality and social living. The concept introduced four distinct bedroom and ensuite types alongside refreshed shared living areas, combining warm materials, adaptable lighting and modular furniture systems to support studying, relaxing and hosting. Designed around the idea of a practical yet elevated “home away from home,” the scheme encouraged personalisation, wellbeing and day-to-day ease through intuitive layouts, reconfigurable components and durable, easy-maintenance finishes.
