Adidas TERREX is adidas’ outdoor performance sub-brand, created for adventure-driven consumers. We designed its first standalone flagship store in Munich, establishing a new retail concept for the brand in Europe.

The store combines immersive digital experiences with sustainable, biophilic design principles to create a space that actively supports outdoor exploration. From interactive product zones and trail discovery tools to water refill stations and community-led services, every element is designed to connect retail with real-world adventure.

Built around a commitment to sustainability, the concept integrates natural materials, planting systems, and low-impact design strategies, achieving a new benchmark for environmentally responsible retail experiences.
